2 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
1/2 cup coconut water (unsweetened)

INSTRUCTIONS
Blend the watermelon cubes in a blender until smooth.
Add the coconut water and blend briefly to combine.
Pour the mixture into ice cube trays or popsicle molds.
Freeze for at least 3 hours, or until completely solid.
Once frozen, remove from the trays or molds and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
